Liptovské Sliače - Úvrate

Liptovské Sliače - Úvrate is a project divided into two phases, which will ultimately offer 63 plots, including turnkey family house construction. The total area of the project is nearly 38,000 m². The completion and approval of utilities are expected in May 2025. Currently, the finalization of sewer construction and water supply installation is underway in the area.

The in-row garages in Bernolákovo offer you 92 garages in ten standalone buildings. The project is currently in the zoning and building permit phase.

The garages will be constructed in Bernolákovo, located between Senecká Road, Roľnícka Street, and Poľná Street.

A total of 92 garages will be available, distributed across ten standalone blocks. The entrance to the garage area will be from Roľnícka Street. Access to the shared driveway will be secured by a gate (access card) and the entire area will be monitored by a camera system.
