In-row Garages Dunajská Lužná
Based on the identified problems with parking in Dunajská Lužna and the nearby residential building Tatra Residence, we realized the purchase of land and the subsequent construction of 33 garages.
The garages are located in Dunajská Lužná - Košariská area, directly behind the Tatra Residence complex.
There were 33 garages available, arranged in a row. The garage entrances face the newly built Tatra Residence, located in close proximity. Access to the common driveway is secured by a ramp (access card) and the entire area is monitored by a camera system.
Standard
All garages, including the land beneath them, were delivered turnkey with complete equipment – concrete flooring, electrical connection, lighting, and an automatic gate with remote control. Each garage is equipped with an individual alarm system with a mobile app.
