In-row Garages Bernolákovo
The project to build garages in Malinov was a logical response to the needs of residents living in Malinov and the surrounding area.
The garages are located in Malinovo - Zátoň area, with excellent transport connections.
There were 40 garages available, arranged in a row. Access to the common driveway is secured by a ramp (access card) and the entire area is monitored by a camera system.
Standard
All garages, including the land beneath them, were delivered turnkey with complete equipment – concrete flooring, electrical connection, lighting, and an automatic gate with remote control. Each garage is equipped with an individual alarm system with a mobile app.
The garages could also be prepared as a double garage with two separate doors.
