Tureň - Slané
Tureň Slané was our pilot project and our entry into real estate development. The goal was to develop the area, implement utility networks, and subsequently sell building plots for individual construction.
The project itself was divided into two phases, with 15 plots prepared in the first phase and 23 in the second, covering a total area of approximately 22,000 m2.
The individual plots were handed over to builders as construction-ready plots for the future construction of their family homes.
