Bernolákovo, Nálepková Street
Another one of our projects implemented on a green meadow. From the initial purchase, projection to the construction of complete engineering networks and the construction of family houses.
Nálepkova Street in Bernolákov began with the purchase of land, subsequent projection, applications for building permits and the implementation of utility networks. After the initial phase, the actual construction of 6 family semi-detached houses began, and after its completion, the actual sale to individual buyers.
The project also included all formalities related to the actual construction of family houses, communication with municipalities and all participating institutions.
