Malinovo, Zátoň
Our flagship development - we built a beautiful, modern residential district Zátoň in Malinov on a green meadow. From utility networks to the construction of family houses for satisfied residents.
The village of Malinovo is located on Žitný ostrov, on the right bank of the Little Danube, which surrounds the village with a large curve from three sides. Malinovo lies approximately 15 km southeast of the capital, Bratislava. It is an area with the highest number of sunny days per year. On both banks of the Little Danube, there are strips of floodplain forests, home to many rare birds and animals. The river offers ideal conditions for fishing, water sports, cycling, and hiking.
On an area of approximately 20,000 m2, we built utility networks, designed and constructed roads, and delineated and prepared individual plots. We then proceeded with the construction of 36 family houses for new residents.
