Malinovo, Bratislavská Street
One of our first greenfield projects. After the initial planning and obtaining building permits, we created building plots with complete utility connections and sold them to individual builders.
On an area of nearly 10,000 m2, we developed a complete project, which we handed over to the future residents, the builders. In total, it involved 15 building plots connected to utilities, including a road running between the houses.
