Current Projects

Liptovské Sliače - Úvrate is a project divided into two phases, which will ultimately offer 63 plots, including turnkey family house construction. The total area of the project is nearly 38,000 m². The completion and approval of utilities are expected in May 2025. Currently, the finalization of sewer construction and water supply installation is underway in the area.

The in-row garages in Bernolákovo offer you 92 garages in ten standalone buildings. The project is currently in the zoning and building permit phase.

Liptovské Sliače - Nad Lúkami is our second project in Liptovské Sliače. A valid zoning decision has been issued for the location, and the project phase for obtaining a building permit is currently underway. The total area of the project is nearly 18,000 m², and 23 plots will be available for individual construction.
